- If you have bought the item(s) at our office, online or from our outlet in school (not applicable to all schools), you may do the exchange at our outlet in the school or at our office.
- Visit to our office is strictly by appointment only.
- Uniforms bought from the BOOKSHOP can be exchanged at the BOOKSHOP or at our office.
- Item(s) returned for exchange must be in their original condition, not worn and washed, not altered, not ironed and in their original packaging.
- All goods are to be exchanged for SIZE only and not for a different item. NO EXCEPTION.
- Goods sold are STRICTLY non-refundable unless a letter of transfer from the school is produced. (Subject to clause 5).
